New recipe - Pizza base

I wanted to jump on and write a quick blog on a new recipe I have created and now perfected! It's a pizza base that is satisfying and versatile with a wonderful crunch! Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Recipe overview
This pizza is nothing like the pizza that you might be used to but is delicious and nutritious has a good amount of protein and can be enjoyed hot or cold the day after. There also a great recipe to take for lunches at work or picnics. I like to combine this dish with a nice big green salad or my red cabbage slaw.
Serves – Makes 1 pizza to serve 2 people but depends on appetite
Ingredients
· Quarter cup of Coconut flour
· Half cup of Ground linseed
· Cup of ground almond
· Half cup of ground hemp seed
· 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
· 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice or cider vinegar
· Half teaspoon of Himalayan or sea salt
· Dash of mixed dried herbs or oregano or basil
To make
· Combine all the dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl
· Add the lemon juice and olive oil
· Mix all the ingredients together until you get a firm sticky mixture
· Spread the mixture out onto a round (or square) baking tray
· You have to use your hands to spread the mix and pack it down
· Bake the pizza for around 40 mins on 180 degrees
· Once cooked bring out the pizza and add whatever ingredients youd like. I often use some green pesto and top with rocket radish and Goats cheese
· You can serve it at this point or pop back into the over for another ten mins to cook the Goats cheese
*if you are vegan you can easily omit the Goats cheese
